An Informed Customer is a Happy Customer

The internet offers rapid access to more information than you could ever process. It’s my personal opinion that this has helped companies realize that the best way to get people to use their products is to provide their customers (and potential customers) with the information they need to understand HOW to use their products, even when that information is not directly about what they sell. Yeah, that doesn’t seem to make sense, does it—until you see examples like this video, where a company that makes sophisticated biomedical instrumentation tells us how to use the precision scale.
