This guide from the LSU Health Science Center provides the necessary know how to implent a safe chemical storage and handling protocol. The guide is divided into 8 sections and covers personnel responsibilities, implementation, storage guidance, the use of a flammable storage refrigerator when appropriate, training, inspections, and pertinent definitions. It also has a very useful appendix that lists incompatible chemicals, list of peroxide forming compounds and a discard list of chemicals at 3 and 6 months.
