Hi My name is Josh Ferry. I have been with Tovatech for 3 years. I have many responsibilities including processing orders, shipping/receiving, and managing customer service. We work diligently to resolve any problems that our customers may encounter with our products. I would describe our response to product issues as "aggressive" and geared towards resolving the problem in a timely fashion. Ultimately, our goal at Tovatech is 100% customer satisfaction.
