Kern CWS Parts Counting Scales
The KERN CWS parts counting scales provide fast, accurate weighing results with high resolution. The balance helps you avoid lost inventory and saves you from the inefficiency of hand counting. Three displays show the piece count, unit piece weight and the weight readout.
High end professional counting scales with excellent resolution.
Features
- Counting resolution of 60,000 points
- Three year warranty
- Weighing with tolerance range for check-weighing. Upper and lower limits are programmed. CWS balance displays value over or under the limits
- Step by step user guidance, supported by visual signals on the keys
- RS232 data interface
- PRE-TARE function for manual subtraction of a known container weight
- Programmable using numerical key pad:
- required reference quantity
- known reference weight
- Reference using ID number
- Audible Fill-to-target
- An audible signal indicates when you are getting close to the target quantity (e.g. 20 pieces). Signal becomes more intense as you get closer
- In intermittent mode, a target quantity (e.g. 20 pieces) can be counted several times for repeated counting operations (e.g. 20, 40, 60, 80 pieces)
- 99 memories for individual items to be counted. For each article you can store:
- ID number
- Piece weight
- Container weight
- Upper and lower weight limit
- Precise counting. Automatic optimization of reference weight gradually improves average value of piece weight
- Display device can be detached. Cable length 0.6 m
- Calibration program with external weights
- 3 displays: Weight, reference weight, number of pieces
- AUTO-Off function after 5 min with no load change
- Permitted environmental temperature -10 to +40 °C
