EWN Precision Weight Scale

Feature rich yet economical precision weight scale. A great laboratory balance.

Features

  • Internal calibration, EG-N. External calibration, EW-N.
  • Precise piece counting. Reference optimization gradually improves the average value of the piece weighing. Reference quantities of 10, 30, 50, 100 pieces
  • GLP/ISO record keeping when used with statistical printer
  • RS232 data interface
  • Draft shield standard for all models with weighing plate size B. Removable cover with opening for using a pipette. Weighing space WxDxH 158x130x78 mm.
  • Weighing with tolerance range (check-weighing). Input of one upper and lower limit value is possible in grams, pieces or %. A visual signal on the display assists dispensing or grading. Balance displays value over or under limits.
  • Displays deviation from reference weight in %
  • Capacity display. An ascending bar graph displays the remaining available weighing range
  • Suspended weighing with hook on underside of balance
  • Protective working cover over keyboard and housing
  • Can be switched to non-metric units at the touch of a key.
  • Permitted environmental temperature +10 to +30 °C.
  • 3-year warranty

Options

  • Internal rechargeable battery pack, operating time approx. 32 h, charging time approx. 12 h. Selectable AUTO-OFF after 3 min without change of load to preserve battery.
  • Loop for suspended weighing
  • Glass draft shield with 3 sliding doors, left right and top, weighing space WxDxH 150x140x130 mm, for all models with weighing plate B
  • DKD calibration certificate available

  • Platform Scales Used to Measure Honey Production

You could be forgiven for thinking that miners brought canaries into coal mines for a splash of color in an otherwise gray world, or maybe for a bit of song to lighten their days, but, no, that’s not it.  Canaries were in the mines to indicate when a potentially lethal (odorless) gas pocket had been

  • Platform Scales Measure Burn Rate for Efficient Woodstoves

A fireplace can be an emotionally satisfying source of heat.  It can also waste a fair amount of heat—sending it right up the chimney. Woodstoves are more efficient, but even they can be a source of significant amounts of air pollution. Modern woodstoves, however, are designed to be both thermally and environmentally efficient. With recirculation

Anybody who’s ever sold anything to the government knows that the paper trail is as important as the item or service being sold.  It can be a little frustrating, but the system is in place to ensure that transactions are fair and honest, and taxpayers get value for their money.  A case in point is
