Unique Control Features

Using Autostart, the ultrasonics begin running only after the bath reaches the set temperature. Autodegas runs the unit in pulsed mode for 10 minutes rapidly removing gas bubbles from the cleaning solution. Autodegas is recommended before starting the cleaning process. These features enable controlled, stable processes. The LEDs display continuously and show the set temperature, actual temperature, set cleaning period, and time remaining. For safety reasons the unit automatically switches off after 12 hours.

Elmasonic Ultrasonic Jewelry Cleaners Have Three Modes

The Elmasonic Ultrasonic jewelry cleaners operate in 3 modes: Sweep, Degas, and Normal. Cleaning is optimized in Sweep mode. The Sweep function guarantees a homogeneous sound field distribution by continuously shifting the sound field maxima. Freshly mixed cleaning liquid does not clean efficiently until fully degassed, as dissolved gas suppresses cavitation. The Degas function accelerates the degassing process in the cleaning liquid. 3-Mode operation in benchtop units is unique to Elma. The Elmasonic E has the sweep mode function. The sweep mode shifts the frequency of the sound waves so that your jewelry and gems will be uniformly cleaned. Most other cleaners produce a stabilized frequency which results in dead zones within the bath, where no cleaning takes place. Many ultrasonic cleaners try to imitate the sweep function by using analog generators. These units are factory set to accommodate an average bath load. Equate this to a washing machine that only has one setting for all of your laundry cleaning needs.

Elmasonic E ultrasonic cleaners are available in 8 sizes which range in capacity from 1.75 liters to 28 liters. The eight models from smallest to largest are; E15H, E30H, E60H, E70H, E100H, E120H, E180H, and E300H.
