Use a basket to keep parts off the tank bottom and away from tank walls. Use inserts or tubs whenever chemistries are not stainless-safe.

Note the inside dimensions of the beaker and make sure your parts will be fully submerged in the cleaning liquid. The beaker itself does not need to be fully submerged in the tank; 1-2 inches is fine.
Order by tank footprint size (30/40, 60, 70/80, 100/120, 180, 150/300, etc.). Elmasonic xtra ST models have a choice of two lids: a stainless steel lid that lifts off the tank or an insulated hinged lid that’s attached to the tank.
Silicone mats prevent parts from contacting the stainless steel basket. Use for extremely delicate parts that may be damaged by contact with metal during cleaning. For example, the very fine tip on an ophthalmic surgical instrument should be protected with a silicone mat.
Dryers come in three sizes: 30, 120, and 300. Elma Dry 30 will fit one Elmasonic 30 or 40 basket. Elma Dry 120 will fit one Elmasonic 100 or 120 basket; or two Elmasonic 30 or 40 baskets. Elma Dry 300 will fit one Elmasonic 150 or 300 basket; two Elmasonic 100 or 120 baskets; or three Elmasonic 60 baskets.
