Elma tec clean A2 Ultrasonic Cleaning Solution What it is: elma tec clean A2 contains ammonia. Due to this chemical items made of brass and copper are not only cleaned but also brightened up and shine as new. It is therefore used e.g. for the treatment of brass cartridge cases in the weapons and arms business.What it cleans: Nonferrous metals, precious metals, brass, nickel, titanium; check zinc and aluminium for resistance before use!What it removes: Grinding, polishing and lapping media, grease/oil. Usage Guidance
Mix within the recommended dilution band; start at the low end for light soils.
Degas fresh baths before production use; keep temperatures within the SDS guidance.
For demulsifying products, skim floating oils to extend bath life.
Rinse parts after cleaning when residues must be removed; dry promptly to avoid spotting.
